A Bit About Skylar

Hi! I’m Skylar, I am a Certified Elementary Teacher in NJ and Rhode Island, as well as a Life Coach. I have worked with neurodivergent adults—including those on the autism spectrum, to help them feel supported, empowered, and in control of their lives and well-being. I currently teach English in Madrid, Spain and offer Tutoring for Elementary Students in the US as well as skills for to support executive functioning.

With a background in education and direct support, I’ve seen firsthand how much strength and potential each person holds. My coaching is all about helping you set meaningful goals, create healthy routines, build confidence, and navigate life transitions—on your terms.
