I am currently in the process of becoming credentialed with all major insurance in Massachusetts! Please call to inquire for telehealth!
Out of Network Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. I will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for payment. It is your responsibility to call your insurance and establish if you have a deductible and/or coinsurance that needs to be met, as well as finding out what percentage they will pay for out of network care.
